Terms and Conditions

Returns Policy:

No refunds will be provided for any warranty items. A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. All returned merchandise must be in a "like new" and resalable condition. Special order items cannot be returned, contact us in the event of such a situation and we will do our best to devise an amicable resolution. All refunds must be initialized within 1 month of delivery. 

Call tags will not be issued and no COD returns will be accepted. Transportation of returned or warranty products are the responsibility of the purchaser.

All warranty and return claims will require a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before they will be inspected by the manufacturer or by SakeBomb Garage. Please allow 2-4 weeks for inspection and response to the claim.

The purchase must have been made through our website, be in new condition and accompanied by a return authorization number (RMA). Any item purchased with 'free shipping' will have the equivalent shipping charge deducted from the total refund amount.

A return authorization number (RMA) can be obtained by emailing a request to info@sakebombgarage.com . SakeBomb Garage is not responsible for return shipping costs. All returns should be shipped in original packaging to:

Please document the RMA# on the outside of the package. Item(s) must be received by us within 30 days of RMA being issued. If a return is due to our error, we will reimburse shipping charges.

Off-Road Use Only Disclaimer:

Unless otherwise specified, all products are sold for off-road use only. All performance modifications and installations are at the customer’s own risk. SakeBomb Garage holds no responsibility either implied or otherwise for mechanical, electrical or other failure when using any aftermarket performance products. Items sold for off-road use only are illegal in many states and provinces and are intended for racing vehicles which may never be used on a public road.

By purchasing any aftermarket performance product, the customer takes full responsibility for any use, and/or misuse of the product; and agrees that SakeBomb Garage holds no responsibility for any consequences, legal, or other, of such use and/or misuse.

Manufacturer Warranties:

Various retail products sold by SakeBomb Garage include a manufacturers' warranty. With some of these products the warranty is handled directly by the manufacturer, in other cases manufacturers' warranties require the customer work through the retailer ( SakeBomb Garage ). Contact us at any time if there is any confusion with warranty procedures.

International Orders / Freight Forwarders:

For International Orders, or any order shipping to a non-verified address, we require a secure form of payment. Acceptable options include: Bank Transfer, Money Order, Direct Paypal payments via fiends and family, Personal Check or Venmo. Please contact us for more information.
